Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the Juggle app can request deletion of their account and associated app data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Juggle account and associated data, please email us at: support@jugglegames.com
Please include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: Juggle Account Deletion Request
- The email address used to sign in to Juggle
- Your name, if available in your Juggle account
What Data Will Be Deleted
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your Juggle account, which may include:
- Account profile information linked to your login, such as name, email address, and profile image, if stored.
- Gameplay statistics, including scores, streaks, attempts, and progress data.
- Leaderboard entries linked to your account.
- Other app data directly associated with your account.
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, debugging, backup, or legitimate operational purposes. Where possible, retained data will be anonymized or separated from your account identity.
Processing Time
We aim to process valid account deletion requests within 30 days after verification. If additional time is required due to technical or legal reasons, we will inform you when possible.
Important Notes
- Deleting your account may permanently remove your saved game progress, statistics, and leaderboard data.
- Once deleted, account data may not be recoverable.
- If you continue using the app after deletion, new data may be created again.
